Join us for the 4th Annual Mother Earth Celebration, a heartfelt gathering created to honor the Earth, the elders who walked before us, and the children who will carry this world forward.

This special day brings generations together in a spirit of reverence for nature, community, and the sacredness of life. A community celebration hosted by Sacred Seed Foundation, in partnership with The Love School, the event will be held at a 70-acre nature sanctuary nestled in the heart of Topanga Canyon, featuring a waterfall, domes, multiple stages & cinematic views.

Rooted in love for the land and the desire to keep traditions of connection alive, the Mother Earth Celebration is a day of music, learning, ceremony, and joyful gathering. Families, elders, artists, and community members come together to share in an experience that reminds us of our relationship with the natural world and with one another.

Together, we will journey into a deeper understanding of the land itself—exploring its geological origins, the Indigenous histories that have long held relationship with this place, and the long lineage of Earth-honoring traditions that remind us that celebration itself can be a form of activism.

Throughout the day, we will hear from local voices—community members and environmental stewards who have lived in and cared for Topanga across generations—sharing wisdom about the land, its changes, and how we may continue to protect it.

This is a truly multi-generational and familial gathering, where all ages are welcome—not only to attend, but to participate, to lead, and to co-create the experience together. One of the most meaningful moments of the day will be our community butterfly release, held as a shared prayer for the Earth and future generations.

This gathering is offered as a gift to the community—an opportunity to come together in connection, celebration, and shared care for the Earth.

Come spend the day in nature with us, surrounded by music, beauty, and community as we honor Mother Earth together.

Activities

Butterfly Release

Join us in honoring Mother Earth with a symbolic butterfly release led by Jo & Mickey. These beautiful pollinators represent transformation, resilience, and our deep connection to nature.

This moment is not only a celebration, but a reminder of our shared responsibility to protect and restore their habitats.

Together, we can support pollinators by planting native milkweed, avoiding harmful chemicals, and nurturing the ecosystems that sustain life.

Maypole

Celebrate unity, joy, and connection through the sacred Maypole Dance guided by Lakshmi Lambert. Rooted in the spirit of the Dances of Universal Peace, this experience weaves together movement, music, and intention to honor the Earth and our shared humanity.

As we circle the Maypole, we co-create a living prayer of harmony, weaving ribbons as a symbol of interconnectedness and collective beauty.

All are welcome to join in this heart-opening, joyful celebration of life.

Milkweed Planting

Help us give back to the Earth by planting milkweed—the essential plant that monarch butterflies rely on to survive. Milkweed is the only place monarchs lay their eggs and a vital food source for their caterpillars.

By planting milkweed, we create safe habitats for future generations of butterflies and support the health of our local ecosystems.

A small act of planting can make a lasting impact for pollinators and the planet.

Intuition Workshop

Join Marco Di Gianco for a guided exploration into the power of intuition. Through grounding practices and mindful awareness, this workshop invites you to reconnect with your inner voice and deepen your sense of clarity and trust.

In a supportive and nurturing space, you’ll be guided to quiet the noise, listen, and access the wisdom that already lives within you.

A gentle yet powerful experience to align, reflect, and reconnect.
